The split set features a stainless steel double ridge configuration that has undergone rigorous testing, consistently demonstrating an impressive average carrying capacity of 187.5kN. dIts innovative design not only improves rock retention but also accommodates lateral rock displacement by allowing it to self-tighten. Unlike traditional bolts, the split set applies its frictional properties consistently along its entire length, avoiding single-point anchoring.

An integrated valve unit facilitates easy installation by allowing the connection of a filler nozzle and maintaining the unit's internal pressure. For added safety and convenience, a pressure relief valve can be optionally included, enabling controlled pressure release post-installation. This feature allows the Jackpack to deflate gradually, ensuring that the load is eventually supported solely by the support unit initially pre-stressed during installation.

Headboard with Pre-Stress Unit
The headboard serves as a crucial element for supporting an inflatable pot and is positioned horizontally at one end of an elongated mine prop. These props are installed vertically, providing support between the hanging wall and the footwall within a mining operation. To enhance its structural integrity, a steel reinforcement unit is securely attached, extending across the support surface of the chock assembly, thereby providing essential tensile reinforcement. Additionally, a grout unit is applied to the headboard and pressurized with grout to exert a compressive axial force on the mine prop, effectively stabilizing it between the hanging wall and the footwall.
